After a 40-year career in magic, sideshow and circus, Vanteen (d. 2006) posted page after page of his exploits. His rich life story is still online, kept as a memorial by his partner Luna. Warning: this one sneaks up on you with a refreshing flavor and a big kick that can catch you by surprise, so limit yourself when drinking these. \u2014 Mix equal parts (suggested \u00bdoz to 1oz each) vodka, gin, triple sec, light rum, tequila, and 2oz sour mix. If you don’t have sour mix, use a scant jigger of lemon juice or lime juice plus a scant jigger of simple syrup, and if you don’t have simple syrup use a scant jigger each of plain sugar and water. Please drink responsibly.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
