Here’s a recipe straight from a country County Fair. You can do it,<\/span> it’s easy and everything about it seems like something Dorothy would make with Auntie Em: blueberry bread (or you can use just about any fresh fruit cut into blueberry-sized pieces)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

3 cups flour
\n1.5 cups sugar
\nDash of salt
\n4 teaspoons baking powder
\n2\/3 cup oil
\n2\/3 cup milk
\n2 eggs
\n1 pkg fresh blueberries<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Mix it all together, stirring in the blueberries last, put it in an ungreased loaf pan, bake 1hr 15min at 350’F<\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
