helvetica, sans-serif;\">the strange lonely men on old age pensions waiting to die.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">here among the massage parlors <\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">the pawn shops <\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">the liquor stores<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">caught in the smog and the squalor <\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">even the dogs look inept<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">and we don&#8217;t care who wins the election.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">but we have wife-beaters here too<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">just like the others <\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">and child-beaters <\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">just like the others <\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">and sex freaks and TV sets just like the others<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">and we&#8217;ll die just like the others<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">only a little earlier <\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">and we&#8217;ll eat just like the others <\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">only cheaper stuff <\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">and lie just like the others <\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">only with a little less The easiest way is to bake it on foil on a cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Watch it carefully because you want it crisp but not brittle.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The chocolate should be couverture chocolate supplied in bulk bags of discs, dark or white chocolate, from Amazon or your other preferred supplier. Melt it in a double boiler, or for your trial run microwave it at 50% power in 30-second intervals stirring between each interval until it&#8217;s melted. Any moisture at all will make the chocolate seize up instead of melting, and any fat on the bacon will keep the chocolate from adhering, so use paper towels to keep it dry. Then dip the bacon in chocolate or use a brush to coat it with the chocolate. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">To finish, line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and put the coated bacon strips on top, then if you like, you can decorate the strips with optional toppings like pistachios or shredded coconut, or you can sprinkle on crushed Oreos, crushed graham crackers or nonpareils, or maybe a drizzle of white chocolate.
