CARNIVAL FOOD RECIPE

HOMEMADE SNOW CONE SYRUP
2 cups sugar – ¾ cup water – 1 package unsweetened Kool-Aid^®
Bring sugar and water to a full boil.
Remove from heat and stir in Kool-Aid^®. Chill. Pour onto scoops of crushed ice.
