COUNTY FAIR RECIPE:
Here’s a recipe straight from a country County Fair. You can do it, it’s easy and everything about it seems like something Dorothy would make with Auntie Em: blueberry bread (or you can use just about any fresh fruit cut into blueberry-sized pieces)
3 cups flour
1.5 cups sugar
Dash of salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
2/3 cup oil
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1 pkg fresh blueberries
Mix it all together, stirring in the blueberries last, put it in an ungreased loaf pan, bake 1hr 15min at 350’F.
